Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Zippy Fibernet services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Zippy Fibernet. By subscribing to or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Clause 2

We may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

Notices will be sent to your registered email or physical address.

Section 1

Service Agreement

1

Zippy Fibernet provides broadband internet services as described in your service plan.

Service availability depends on technical feasibility and infrastructure in your area.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or violations.

4

Minimum contract period is 12 months unless otherwise specified in your plan.

Section 2

Payment Terms

1

All charges are billed in advance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as per your plan.

2

Payments are due within 7 days of invoice generation.

3

Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

4

Service disconnection may occur for non-payment exceeding 30 days.

5

Refunds are processed within 14 business days for eligible cases.

Section 3

Acceptable Use Policy

1

Services must not be used for illegal activities, spamming, or distribution of malware.

2

Sharing connections beyond reasonable household/business use is prohibited.

3

Attempting to circumvent security measures or exceed bandwidth limits is not allowed.

4

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their connection.

Section 4

Limitation of Liability

1

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2

Service interruptions due to force majeure events are beyond our liability.

3

Maximum liability is limited to one month's service charge.

4

Users must implement their own security measures; we are not responsible for data breaches on user devices.

Section 5

Service Level Agreement

1

We guarantee 99.5% network uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.

2

Scheduled maintenance will be notified 48 hours in advance when possible.

3

Fault resolution: Critical issues within 4 hours, non-critical within 24 hours.

4

Speed guarantees apply to wired connections; wireless speeds may vary.

Section 6

Termination

1

Early termination before contract completion incurs applicable charges.

2

We may terminate service for violation of terms with 7 days notice.

3

Upon termination, all equipment must be returned in working condition.

4

Outstanding dues must be cleared before service termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the regions where we operate. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.
